These ads include all of the information displayed in a standard ad and in additional to showing up in the search results sorted by price, they are displayed in the right hand "Featured Ad" column and are given first page position for all searches in that geographic location, regardless of other criteria. This placement will give you much more exposure than with a standard ad.
