the date of the open house passes, the ad will no longer be accessible. You

How do I place an ad?
Sign up for a free account and follow the steps to place an ad. It's that easy!

How much does it cost to place an ad on

All standard ads are
FREE
and run through the date of your open house. You may choose to upgrade to a
featured at for
FREE, which is recommended,
but not mandatory. There is no limit to the amount of free ads you can place.
What if I hold my house open both Saturday and Sunday, do I
have to pay twice?
No, if you placed a standard ad, it would be free for all open houses in that
week. If you placed a featured ad, your fee covers all open houses held in the
same week and they are given front page placement for more exposure. Newspaper
classifieds are very expensive and OpenHouseGuide.com will save you time and
money, getting your house sold quicker and with less expense.
Where do I buy an open house rider to promote my open house
listing on OpenHouseGuide.com?
Go to the home page, sign-up or log-in and click the buy a rider
button. Follow the steps to checkout and it will be shipped directly to you.
What is being done to promote OpenHouseGuide.com?
Large scale national internet and print advertising is in full
swing.
What if I need to cancel my open house?
If you have paid for an ad and won't be holding the house open, e-mail us so we
can reschedule it for you. If the house has sold and you no longer need an ad
for that house, we can use your paid ad for another open house ad within 30
days. Just e-mail us and we'll take care of transferring it to another property
address.
How do I add photos?
After you log-in to your account, you will see your home page.
Click on a your Edit Ad and Order History to add/edit photos of a current ad or
click on "Place an ad" to start a new listing. You will be prompted to add
photos from your computer during the ad input process.
How many photos can I add?
OpenHouseGuide.com allows you to upload 5 photos. You can upload
them as 1 main photo and 4 others.
What if I do not have digital photos?
OpenHouseGuide.com only supports uploading digital photos in .jpg and .gif
formats. You can have someone scan your photos for you to convert them to a
digital format.
